Bi-fold (4 panels)
A single fold — simple, image-friendly and the easiest to design well.
Brochure printing in Mumbai — bi-fold, tri-fold, gate fold and multi-page brochures on 130–300 GSM art paper with matt or gloss lamination. Short runs and bulk.
A brochure is the document you leave behind. It has to survive being carried in a bag, read on a train, and passed to someone who was not in the meeting — which makes paper weight and lamination practical decisions rather than aesthetic ones.
We print brochures for developers, schools, manufacturers, hotels, clinics and service businesses across Mumbai, in quantities from a hundred for a pitch to several thousand for a launch.
Match the fold to how much you need to say. A bi-fold gives four panels and suits a clean, image-led story. A tri-fold gives six smaller panels and works when content is naturally divided into sections — services, process, contact. A gate fold opens outwards to a wide central panel and suits a single dramatic image, which is why property and automotive brochures favour it.
Beyond about eight panels, stop folding and start binding. A saddle-stitched booklet is easier to read, cheaper to produce and less likely to tear at the creases than an over-folded sheet.
Send us your quantity and requirement — we will tell you what makes sense rather than what costs most.
Each option is priced differently. Tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend one.
A single fold — simple, image-friendly and the easiest to design well.
The classic leaflet fold; content divides naturally into sections.
Concertina fold that opens into a continuous panel — good for timelines and process flows.
Two flaps opening outwards to reveal a wide central image; used for property and product launches.
8, 12, 16 pages and up, stapled through the spine — the right choice once content grows.
Glued flat spine for thicker documents that need to look like a book.
The detail that decides how your job is quoted and produced.

We supply fold-marked templates so panels line up and content does not fall across a crease.
A 16-page brochure on 300 GSM will not sit flat. We advise the right weight for the format.
Heavy card is creased first so the fold does not crack the printed surface.
Short pitch runs go digital; launch volumes go offset. We quote whichever is cheaper for you.
Brochure cost is driven by page count, size, paper weight, lamination and quantity. The largest single saving usually comes from choosing a size that fits the press sheet efficiently — ask us before finalising an unusual format, as a small adjustment can reduce paper waste noticeably.
Ordering in bulk? Brochures are a classic offset product. Once you are into the thousands, the per-piece cost drops sharply, so if a campaign will need repeat quantities it is usually cheaper to print the total in one run.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.
Product, quantity, size and deadline. Send artwork if you have it — if not, we can set it up.
Priced against your actual specification, with options where a different choice would cost less.
We check bleed, resolution, colour and trim safety, then send a proof for your written approval.
Printed, finished and packed. Delivery availability depends on order size and location.
Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
Page count must be a multiple of four, because each folded sheet produces four pages. Saddle stitching works well up to a moderate thickness; beyond that the inner pages start to push out at the edge and perfect binding is the better choice.
Single pages, in reading order, with 3 mm bleed. We impose them into the correct printing sequence. Sending spreads makes imposition harder and increases the chance of an error.
A common combination is a 300 GSM laminated cover with 170 GSM art paper inside. Lighter inner paper keeps a multi-page brochure comfortable to hold; a laminated cover keeps it presentable after being carried around.
Yes. Send your content, images and logo and we can lay out the brochure for approval before printing. Supplying good-quality photographs makes the biggest difference to the result.
