Stickers do more work in a small business than almost any other printed item. They seal a delivery bag, mark a price, brand a plain box, carry batch information, close a gift wrap and turn generic packaging into something recognisable.
They are also the cheapest way to brand something you did not manufacture. A plain kraft box with a well-designed sticker looks deliberate; the same box unbranded looks like packaging borrowed from someone else.
Which sticker material should I choose?
Paper stickers are the cheapest and suit dry indoor use — box seals, price labels, file marking. Vinyl is waterproof and tear-resistant, which is what you need on anything that gets wet, refrigerated, handled roughly or used outdoors. Transparent vinyl gives a no-label look on glass and clear packaging. Chrome and metallic finishes are used where the sticker itself is part of the premium presentation.
The other decision is adhesive. Permanent adhesive is standard. Removable adhesive matters when the sticker goes on a product the customer keeps — a jar, an appliance, a laptop — and leaving residue would be a problem.

How this is priced
Sticker cost depends on material, size, quantity and whether a custom die is needed. Standard shapes — circle, square, rounded rectangle — avoid the die charge. If you have several designs, printing them together on shared sheets is much cheaper than separate runs.
Ordering in bulk? Stickers are consumed continuously, which makes them ideal for bulk ordering. For daily-use items like delivery seals, ordering several months of stock at once cuts the per-piece cost noticeably.

Vinyl stickers are; paper stickers are not. If the sticker will face moisture, refrigeration or outdoor conditions, vinyl with an overlaminate is the right specification. Tell us the application and we will quote the correct material.
Yes. Supply vector artwork with the cut line defined, or we can create the cut path from your logo. Standard shapes use existing dies and avoid a one-time die cost.
Sheets suit low-volume, occasional use. Rolls are far quicker where someone applies stickers repeatedly through the day, and they are essential for machine application. For rolls we will need the core size and unwind direction.
Permanent adhesive usually will. If the sticker goes on something the customer keeps and will want to peel off cleanly, ask for removable adhesive at the enquiry stage.
