On flat-panel and unstructured styles, yes. On a standard structured baseball cap the curved front makes even printing difficult, so embroidery is the practical choice.
It depends on the detail. Fine lines and small text below a certain size lose definition in thread. Send the logo and we will tell you whether it needs simplifying for the cap front.
Embroidery has a one-time digitisation setup, so very small quantities carry a higher effective cost per piece. Tell us your quantity and we will show you how the setup spreads.
Trucker caps with mesh back panels, or dry-fit polyester styles. Full cotton twill caps are hotter, and bucket hats give better all-round sun protection than a peak alone.
