Non-standard sizes
Square, long-format, mini and oversized pieces cut to dimensions you specify.
Custom printing in Mumbai for non-standard sizes, materials and finishes — made-to-specification print jobs for businesses, events and individuals.
Not every requirement fits a catalogue. A restaurant wants a menu that folds into a shape that stands on a table by itself. A brand needs a label that wraps a bottle of an odd diameter. An event needs an invitation that has to slot into a specific envelope.
These jobs need a conversation before a quote, because the practical constraints — how a sheet folds, whether a die exists, whether an ink adheres to a surface — decide what is possible. That conversation is free, and it usually saves money by catching problems before artwork is finalised.
Anything that does not fit a standard size, stock or finish. A square brochure instead of A4, a die-cut shape rather than a rectangle, printing onto an unusual substrate, or an item that has to fit inside packaging you already own.
Custom work is normal here — the only real requirement is that you can describe the end result. A rough sketch, a photograph of something similar, or even the physical object you are trying to match is usually enough for us to work from.
Send us your quantity and requirement — we will tell you what makes sense rather than what costs most.
Each option is priced differently. Tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend one.
Square, long-format, mini and oversized pieces cut to dimensions you specify.
Contour-cut cards, tags, danglers, standees and packaging using a custom or existing die.
Spot UV, foiling, embossing, debossing, edge painting, soft-touch lamination and textured stocks.
Printing onto synthetic paper, PVC, acrylic, wood, metal and fabric where the process allows.
Boxes, sleeves and inserts built around a product rather than a stock size.
Single presentation items, awards, framed prints and personalised gifts.
The detail that decides how your job is quoted and produced.
| Sizes | Any trim size within press and finishing limits |
|---|---|
| Shapes | Die-cutting available; existing dies reduce cost, new dies carry a one-time charge |
| Substrates | Paper, board, synthetic, vinyl, acrylic, wood, metal and fabric depending on the process |
| Finishes | Lamination, spot UV, foil, emboss, deboss, round-corner, perforation, creasing, edge treatments |
| Prototyping | A sample or mock-up can usually be produced before committing to the full run |
| Artwork | Supplied to a cutting template where die-cutting is involved — we provide the template |
| Best approach | Describe the outcome first; the specification is worked backwards from it |
If it has to fit a shelf, an envelope or an existing box, we work to that measurement.
Contour cuts, windows and folds that a standard rectangle cannot achieve.
We will tell you if a fold will crack, an ink will not adhere or a die is not worth making.
Texture, foil and spot UV are what make a custom piece feel deliberate rather than merely different.
Custom work carries a one-time setup element — most often a die, a template or a mock-up. That cost is fixed, so it feels heavy on a small run and negligible on a large one. If you expect to reorder, tell us: the die is retained and the second order avoids that charge entirely.
Ordering in bulk? Custom shapes and finishes scale well once the die exists. If a custom piece is likely to become a recurring item, order the first run with the reorder in mind.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.
Product, quantity, size and deadline. Send artwork if you have it — if not, we can set it up.
Priced against your actual specification, with options where a different choice would cost less.
We check bleed, resolution, colour and trim safety, then send a proof for your written approval.
Printed, finished and packed. Delivery availability depends on order size and location.
Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
Yes. Bring the idea, a reference photo or a sample of something similar. Design and artwork setup can be handled as part of the job, and for custom shapes we supply the cutting template so the design is built correctly from the start.
Not necessarily. Cost depends on how efficiently your size fits the press sheet. Sometimes a small adjustment to the dimensions fits more pieces per sheet and cuts cost noticeably — we will flag it if that applies to your job.
Many, yes — vinyl, synthetic paper, acrylic, wood, metal and fabric are all printable with the right process. Tell us the material and the intended use and we will confirm whether it will hold up.
For custom work we strongly recommend it. A mock-up catches fold, fit and finish problems that are invisible on screen, and it costs far less than reprinting a full run.
