Restaurant and cafe uniforms
Shirts, aprons, chef coats and caps, in fabrics that handle heat and frequent washing.
Staff uniform printing and embroidery in Mumbai — restaurant, retail, housekeeping, factory and school uniforms with logos, names and role identification.
A uniform does two jobs at once: it identifies staff to customers, and it removes a daily decision for the person wearing it. Both depend on it being comfortable enough to wear for a full shift.
We supply and brand uniforms across sectors — restaurants and cafes, retail and showrooms, housekeeping and facility teams, factories and workshops, schools and clinics — with logo embroidery, printing and name identification as required.
It has to survive the job. A restaurant uniform faces heat, oil and constant washing. A factory uniform faces abrasion and grease. A housekeeping uniform is washed daily. Fabric choice matters far more than design, because a uniform that looks faded and shrunken after two months undermines exactly the impression it was bought to create.
The second practical factor is reorder availability. Staff turnover means you will need more pieces in a few months, and if the fabric or colour is no longer available the new joiners look visibly different. Choosing a stable, widely available fabric is worth more than an unusual one.
Send us your quantity and requirement — we will tell you what makes sense rather than what costs most.
Each option is priced differently. Tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend one.

A kitchen, a warehouse and a showroom need genuinely different fabrics, not one compromise.
Fabric, colour and logo specification retained so new joiners do not stand out.
Name badges and department colour coding for customer-facing and multi-team sites.
Shirt, apron and cap supplied together as one per-person kit.
Uniform pricing depends on garment type, fabric, branding method and quantity. Complete per-person sets are usually quoted as a kit rather than item by item, which makes budgeting per head straightforward.
Ordering in bulk? Order with turnover in mind. Adding ten percent above current headcount covers new joiners and replacements for the next few months, and avoids repeated small orders that cost disproportionately more per piece.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.
Product, quantity, size and deadline. Send artwork if you have it — if not, we can set it up.
Priced against your actual specification, with options where a different choice would cost less.
We check bleed, resolution, colour and trim safety, then send a proof for your written approval.
Printed, finished and packed. Delivery availability depends on order size and location.
Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
Usually, if the fabric is a standard one. Send us a physical sample — matching from a photograph is unreliable, and a slight colour difference is very visible when new and old uniforms are worn side by side.
Yes. Shirt, apron, cap and any other components can be supplied as a per-person kit so distribution is simple and nothing is missing.
Collect actual sizes before ordering — a size chart circulated in advance is worth the effort. We can also supply sample pieces in each size for staff to try before the main order is confirmed.
It depends on wash frequency and conditions. Embroidered logos outlast printed ones considerably, which is why they are the usual choice on uniforms washed daily.
