Volume collateral
Flyers, leaflets, brochures and inserts printed in thousands.
Offset printing for volume runs in Mumbai — lower per-piece cost at scale, accurate Pantone matching and a wide range of stocks and finishing options.
Offset is the process behind most high-volume printing you see — product catalogues, magazine inserts, large flyer campaigns, packaging cartons and corporate stationery printed by the thousand.
It rewards planning. Because setup is the expensive part, offset punishes small frequent orders and rewards consolidated ones. A business that prints five thousand flyers four times a year will usually pay less by printing twenty thousand once, provided the content does not change and there is somewhere sensible to store them.
Because the cost is front-loaded. Offset needs plates made and the press set up and colour-balanced before the first good sheet comes off. That is a fixed cost, and it is the same whether you print one thousand copies or fifty thousand.
Spread across a small run it is expensive per piece. Spread across a large run it becomes negligible, and the remaining cost is mostly ink and paper — which is why the per-piece price keeps falling as quantity rises. Offset also holds exact Pantone colours in a way digital can only approximate, which matters when a brand colour has to be right.
Send us your quantity and requirement — we will tell you what makes sense rather than what costs most.
Each option is priced differently. Tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend one.

The detail that decides how your job is quoted and produced.
| Process | Sheet-fed offset lithography, single and multi-colour |
|---|---|
| Colour | CMYK process plus spot and Pantone inks; metallic and fluorescent inks available |
| Stocks | Maplitho, art paper, art card, board, kraft and specialty stocks across a wide GSM range |
| Finishing | Lamination, UV coating, spot UV, foiling, embossing, die-cutting, creasing, folding, binding, numbering |
| Economical from | Larger runs — the exact break-even against digital depends on size, stock and colours |
| Colour accuracy | Highest available; the correct choice when an exact brand colour is required |
| Artwork | Print-ready CMYK PDF with 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined, images at 300 DPI |
| Plates | Made per job; a design change after plate-making means new plates |
The larger the run, the further the setup cost spreads and the cheaper each piece becomes.
Brand colours are mixed as spot inks rather than simulated from four process colours.
Heavier boards, textured papers, foiling and embossing all sit comfortably in offset production.
Once the press is balanced, the last sheet matches the first — important for large campaigns.
Offset is quoted per job. The variables that move the price most are quantity, sheet size and how efficiently your item fits the press sheet, number of colours (and whether any are spot inks), paper stock and finishing. A small change in trim size can occasionally cut cost noticeably by fitting more pieces per sheet — worth asking about before finalising a design.
Ordering in bulk? This is the bulk process. If you are planning a large campaign or an annual print requirement, send the full quantity rather than a sample order — the pricing difference between a trial run and the real volume is usually substantial.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.
Product, quantity, size and deadline. Send artwork if you have it — if not, we can set it up.
Priced against your actual specification, with options where a different choice would cost less.
We check bleed, resolution, colour and trim safety, then send a proof for your written approval.
Printed, finished and packed. Delivery availability depends on order size and location.
Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
There is no single number, because it depends on the product, size, stock and how many colours are involved. The honest answer is that we quote both ways when a job sits near the crossover and let the numbers decide.
Yes — that is one of its main advantages. Give us the Pantone reference and the ink is mixed to it as a spot colour. Do note that the same Pantone prints slightly differently on coated and uncoated stock, which is a property of the paper rather than an error.
Offset runs need some overs to bring the press up to colour and to cover finishing losses, which is standard practice across the industry. We factor this into the quotation rather than surprising you with a short delivery.
Before plates are made, yes. After plate-making a change means new plates and a new setup, so the approval stage is the point to check everything carefully — especially phone numbers, prices and spellings.
