What do you need to know before printing a hoarding?
The exact finished size, the viewing distance, and how it will be fixed. Size drives everything about the file and the cost. Viewing distance determines how large the type has to be and how much detail is worth including. Fixing method decides the finishing — eyelets, rod pockets, welded hems or frame-mounted.
Media buying, site rental and permissions are separate matters handled by the media owner or your agency. We quote on production and finishing, and will say clearly where our scope ends.

How this is priced
Hoarding printing is quoted per square foot with media grade and finishing specified. Site rental and permissions are separate costs paid to the media owner or authority, and are not part of our quotation.
Ordering in bulk? Multi-site campaigns should be produced together so colour is consistent across locations. Printing the same design in separate batches risks visible variation between sites.

No. Site rental, permissions and installation on the structure are handled by the media owner or your agency. We produce and finish the hoarding material and will state that clearly in any quotation.
Far less than people assume, because hoardings are viewed from a distance. What matters more is that artwork is built at or near final scale and that type is large enough to be read in a few seconds.
Usually with eyelets and rope, or through rod pockets and a frame. Tell us the fixing method before printing so the finishing matches — a hoarding delivered without the right edge treatment cannot be installed.
Up to the media width. Beyond that, panels are welded together, with the join positions planned into the design so they fall where they are least visible.
