Matty fabric polos
Textured knit that holds shape well and looks crisp — the common corporate choice.
Custom polo T-shirt printing and embroidery in Mumbai — collared corporate polos in matty, pique and dry-fit fabric with embroidered or printed logos.
The polo is the default corporate garment for a reason: it reads as smarter than a round neck T-shirt without being as formal as a shirt, which suits exhibitions, showrooms, service teams, hospitality floors and company events equally.
The fabric decision matters more here than on a plain T-shirt. Matty and pique hold their shape and look crisp; dry-fit polyester suits outdoor and active roles but has a different, sportier appearance.
Embroidered, in most corporate cases. A polo is a semi-formal garment and an embroidered chest logo matches that register — it looks tailored rather than promotional, and it outlasts the garment itself because thread does not crack or fade the way a print can.
Printing makes sense when the design is large, multi-coloured or photographic, or when the quantity is small enough that embroidery digitisation setup would dominate the cost. For a simple logo on a corporate polo, embroidery is almost always the better result.

The right register for exhibitions, showrooms and client-facing teams.
A stitched logo does not crack, peel or fade through repeated washing.
The one-time embroidery setup carries over, so adding new joiners later is cheap.
Name embroidery beside the logo for roles where staff are addressed directly.
Polo pricing is driven by fabric and GSM first, then branding method and quantity. Embroidery carries a one-time digitisation charge per logo, after which the per-piece cost is modest — so embroidery gets relatively cheaper as quantity grows.
Ordering in bulk? For staff rollouts, order with the reorder in mind. Once the logo is digitised and the fabric and colour are locked, adding pieces for new joiners later is straightforward — provided the same fabric is still available, which is worth confirming.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.

Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
Matty is the most common choice because it holds its shape and looks crisp through a working day. Cotton pique feels softer and more casual. Dry-fit suits outdoor and field roles but reads as sportswear indoors.
Your logo has to be converted into stitch instructions for the embroidery machine — that conversion is a one-time job. It is retained, so reorders of the same logo do not repeat the charge.
Within the range of fabric colours available. Garment colours come from stock dye lots rather than being mixed to order, so an exact Pantone match is not always possible. We will show you the closest options.
Yes. Names embroidered beside or beneath the logo are common for customer-facing roles, and are charged per piece since each is a separate embroidery run.
