Safety vests are a functional garment first. They exist so that a person is seen — by a reversing vehicle, a crane operator, a supervisor across a site — and branding sits on top of that function without interfering with it.

Where should branding go on a safety vest?
On the panels between the reflective strips, not over them. Reflective tape works by returning light to its source, and printing on top of it defeats that. The usual positions are the left chest for a logo, the back centre panel for a company name, and sometimes a role designation across the shoulders.
Keep the back text large and simple. A vest is read from a distance on a site, often in poor light, and a detailed multi-line design becomes unreadable exactly when it matters most.

Safety vest pricing depends on fabric, reflective tape configuration, closure type and branding. Mesh vests are lighter and cooler; solid polyester is more hard-wearing. Both carry branding equally well.

No — printing over reflective tape stops it reflecting, which defeats the purpose of the garment. Branding goes on the fabric panels between and around the tape.
Fluorescent orange and yellow-green are the standard high-visibility colours. Many sites also colour-code by role. Check any colour requirements specified by your client or site rules before ordering.
Requirements vary by workplace, contract and client mandate. Tell us the specification or visibility class your site requires and we will confirm what we can supply against it before you order.
Mesh is considerably cooler for outdoor work in Mumbai heat. Solid polyester is more hard-wearing and better where the vest takes abrasion.
