Screen printing
Most economical at volume for designs with a limited colour count; very durable.
Custom T-shirt printing in Mumbai — screen printing, DTF transfer, sublimation and embroidery on cotton, polyester and dry-fit fabric.
Custom T-shirts get ordered for a huge range of reasons — a company offsite, a college fest, a marathon, a staff rollout, a product launch, a family function. What they have in common is a fixed date and a size mix that nobody has finalised yet.
We print T-shirts for businesses, schools, event teams and individuals across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, either on garments we supply or on garments you provide. The two questions that decide everything are quantity and fabric, so those are the two things worth confirming first.
Screen printing is the most economical for larger quantities with a design in a limited number of colours, and the print is durable through repeated washing. DTF transfer handles full-colour and photographic artwork and works from very small quantities, which makes it the practical choice for small orders. Sublimation is used on polyester sportswear, where the ink becomes part of the fabric and cannot crack or peel. Embroidery suits logos on collared and heavier garments and lasts longest of all.
Fabric constrains the choice as much as quantity does. Sublimation only works on polyester, and only in light colours. Screen printing on very stretchy fabric can crack. Send the design, the quantity and the fabric you have in mind and we will recommend one rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
Send us your quantity and requirement — we will tell you what makes sense rather than what costs most.
Each option is priced differently. Tell us how the item will be used and we will recommend one.

Full-colour and photographic artwork, viable from small quantities on most fabrics.
For polyester sportswear — the print becomes part of the fabric and cannot crack or peel.
Stitched logos for a premium, long-lasting finish on chest and sleeve positions.
Designs extending across seams rather than sitting within a print area.
Individual names and numbers, ideal for team kits and personalised pieces.
The detail that decides how your job is quoted and produced.
| Fabrics | Cotton (single jersey, biowash), poly-cotton, 100% polyester dry-fit, cotton lycra |
|---|---|
| GSM options | Commonly 160–200 GSM; heavier fabric feels more substantial and costs more |
| Sizes | XS to 5XL depending on style; size sets confirmed before production |
| Styles | Round neck, V-neck, polo, full sleeve, raglan, oversized |
| Print area | Front, back, sleeve, pocket-size chest print and all-over |
| Colour limits | Screen printing is priced per colour; DTF handles unlimited colours |
| Artwork | Vector preferred; raster artwork at high resolution and actual print size |
| Care | Wash inside out in cold water to maximise print life on printed garments |
We match the process to your quantity, fabric and artwork instead of defaulting to the priciest one.
DTF makes a dozen pieces practical; screen printing makes several hundred economical.
We can supply blanks in a range of fabrics and colours, or print on garments you provide.
Individual names on team kits handled as part of the same order.
T-shirt pricing depends on fabric and GSM, print method, number of print positions, number of colours (for screen printing) and quantity. The cheapest possible shirt is rarely the right buy — a very light fabric feels thin immediately and undermines the whole point of a branded garment.
Ordering in bulk? Bulk orders need a confirmed size breakdown, not just a total. Collect sizes before ordering — a run of 200 shirts weighted wrongly towards one size leaves you with unusable stock, and re-runs for a handful of pieces are expensive.
A straightforward process with an approval step before anything is printed.
Product, quantity, size and deadline. Send artwork if you have it — if not, we can set it up.
Priced against your actual specification, with options where a different choice would cost less.
We check bleed, resolution, colour and trim safety, then send a proof for your written approval.
Printed, finished and packed. Delivery availability depends on order size and location.
Send us your requirement any time. We reply with options and pricing, not a sales script.
It depends on the method. DTF transfer works from very small quantities. Screen printing needs enough pieces to justify making the screens, and embroidery has its own setup for digitising the logo. Tell us the quantity and we will recommend the method that fits.
Yes. Send a sample first so we can confirm the fabric takes the intended method — some blends and coatings do not hold certain prints well.
Screen prints and sublimation last a long time with normal care. DTF and vinyl are durable but benefit from washing inside out in cold water and avoiding a hot iron directly on the print.
Yes. Individual names and numbers are added by heat transfer or DTF as a per-piece operation, and are commonly combined with a screen-printed main design.
Collect actual sizes from the people receiving them before ordering. If that is not possible, a size chart and a distribution weighted to the middle sizes is safer than guessing evenly across the range.
